I've put the wrong phone number up once. And, most recently, as I was applying for a Technial Writer position, I happened to notice three typos on the first page of my resume (noticed while I waiting in the lobby to meet my interviewer, in fact)--not big typos, but enough to show that I'd been sloppy at my proofreading! Thankfully, I don't think they noticed, and I got the job, but for the duration of the interview, whenever they glanced at my resume, I flinched a little.
